Youth Mattering and Resilience
Programming focused on youth-led activities, creativity, and amplifying youth voice to increase connection to community.
Youth who believe they matter are 65% less likely to consider suicide, 57% less likely to experience depressive symptoms, and 24% less likely to use substances. Connectedness to community also increases the chance of a young person reaching out for help when they need it!
