We partner with the Volunteers of America Northern New England to provide brand-new backpacks full of supplies, resources & information for people exiting incarceration and re-entering the community.

Promotion of drug takeback days, use of biodegradable prescription medication disposal (Deterra) bags, and vital information about prescription drug misuse.
PBCHP partners with the Knox and Waldo County Sheriff's Offices to provide and promote Deterra bags being available to the public.
Emerging Substance-Use Concerns for Teachers & Parents Presentation
Presentation covering emerging and relevant substance-use concerns for parents and teachers to be aware of. Includes topics such as prescription medication misuse, counterfeit pills, kratom, delta-8, underage drinking and cannabis use, fentanyl, and other concerns.
PhotoVoice
A resilience building program with school age kids using disposable cameras to capture what inspires strength, connection, and hope.
